Collagen Protein Lime Bliss Balls


Ingredients (makes ~20–24 balls):

  • 120g macadamia or cashew nuts (or seeds for a nut-free option)
  • 60g shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp Go Bomb (collagen)
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Zest of 1 lime (add more if desired)


 Method (Food processor):

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend on high until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer mixture onto a plate.
  4. Roll into small balls (~1 tbsp each).
  5. Roll in extra shredded coconut if desired.
  6. Place into an airtight container and refrigerate to firm.
