GoBomb Return & Shipping Policies
At GoBomb, we stand behind the quality of all our products. When you order our collagen and MCT blends, you can trust that they are made to the highest standards. If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the guidelines below.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Unused Items: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
Original Packaging:
Items must be in their original packaging.
Return Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
Restocking Fee:
In rare cases, returned, unopened products may be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Free gift items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds & Credits:
We generally do not issue refunds for change-of-mind orders. Instead, a credit note may be issued for the cost of the product, minus any shipping fees.
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return.
We reserve the right to investigate claims that may be unfounded or fraudulent. Any replacement or refund does not constitute an admission of liability.
International Shipping:
Currently, GoBomb is shipping primarily within Australia. For international orders, please contact our customer service for availability and shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you get your
GoBomb products.
