GoBomb Refund & Return Policy

At GoBomb, we stand behind the quality of all our products. When you order our collagen and MCT blends, you can trust they are made to the highest standards. We ask that any issues be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Returned, unopened products may, in rare cases, be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping cost. Free gift items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to investigate claims that may be unfounded or fraudulent. Any replacement or refund does not constitute an admission of liability.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Items must be in their original packaging.

We generally do not issue refunds for change-of-mind orders. Instead, a credit note may be issued for the cost of the product minus any shipping fees.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return.

International Shipping

• We are currently shipping primarily within Australia. For international orders, please contact our customer service for availability and shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you get your GoBomb products.
